Highlight the Join URL and type "CTRL+C" or "COMMAND+C" to copy, or right-click and select Copy. On the screen that appears, you will see an Invite Attendees heading.Set meeting options that are applicable.As far as I know, the link has meeting ID and hashed password. If the host has allowed others to start the meeting before them you could get the URL ahead of time by joining in anytime. Name: Enter the title you would like displayed for the Zoom link in your course navigation. The invitation includes the meeting link, phone numbers to call. Select "No Fixed Time" in the Recurrence selector. On Android app you even have an option in settings to automatically copy the invite link when you join a meeting. Alternatively, you can click Copy invitation then paste it in a separate email to participants. This is to make things easier for you later! Your portal is NOT specific to each course you need to identify what semester and course the meeting is for in the Topic name. If for a class, make sure it's clear what semester and class the meeting is for. The "Topic" will be the name of the meeting. From your Zoom profile page, click on Meetings.Then, select the meeting where you want to invite attendees to and click Copy Invitation. To set up a recurring meeting with No Fixed Time, To create a Zoom meeting link, first, click the Meetings tab.
